My journey in HR has been marked by successfully leading complex project management initiatives. This includes implementing cutting-edge HR technologies, streamlining recruitment processes, and meticulously refining every key employee touchpoint throughout the employee life cycle. I've also spearheaded comprehensive training and development programs, transitioned environments to be paperless and compliance-driven, designed and implemented holistic benefit programs, and optimized employee relations frameworks. I'm particularly passionate about the Health and Mental Wellness initiatives I've championed, always striving to create supportive and thriving workplaces.
